If you are determined to lose weight and will not quit until you do it, read on! This is just for you!

It is necessary to know what is right and what is wrong before you start your weight loss plan. There is no mistake in thinking that fruits and vegetables are an abundance of nutrition and good health. After two days of contemplation I buy an apple, keep it on the table for a day or two before I can find time to put it in purse to work or cut it out after dinner. But I am one of those people who is lazy to cut up and chew a fruit and instead love to gulp in glasses of fruit juice. All because fruits juice is hassle free.Guiltily, I realize that fruit juices do not compensate real fruits. You don’t have to think hard to believe that fruits lose their nutrition and vitamins during their extraction. Yet, the juice will contain only the sugar part and no dietary fiber. Think of a glass of fruit juice as useless as a glass of soda.

There are difference of opinions on alcohol consumption. The general belief is that drinking wine moderately is healthy. But recent studies point out that even moderate wine consumption everyday is not-so-healthy for women. Confusion! You drink wine not because it is healthy but because you like to drink it! Anyway, my point is that alcohol does not get along with weight loss. Being a toxin alcohol thins blood, encourages fat storage and muscle loss.

If you are watching your calorie intake then I have a word for you. You calorie depends on what you eat. A calorie from red meat is entirely different from a calorie from a vegetable soup. So it really depends on what you eat and not just your calorie count.

If you believe you can then you will because your body obeys the signals from the brain. If you are brain is tuned in the right way there is no reason why you can’t achieve it!
