You are worries are logical. It is very difficult to remain in the same way. One you have achieved your weight loss you have got to keep doing your exercises and maintain a healthy diet.   • Physical activities should not be stopped. Maintain high levels of physical activity every day. Choose your activity method but make sure to commit at least an hour every day.
  • Eat a low calorie diet consistently. Stay balanced. You can’t afford to eat a wide variety of foods and maintain the same weight. Yet, be free to consume all kinds of fruits and low calorie veggies.
  • Eat your breakfast daily, like a prince. Eat a healthy breakfast every day as a must even after you lose weight.
  • Watch less of television for a healthy and smart life. Browse less! Hours spent sedentary counts as well.
  • Whatever you have succeeded in losing is your achievement. So save it wisely.
  • Have fun while living a healthy lifestyle.
